How We
Approach This
Nostril placement is one of the most anatomy-dependent piercings we perform. A millimeter too high or too low, and the result can look off. Our artists are trained to identify the natural crease of the nostril — placing the jewelry at a height that complements each client's unique facial geometry. We typically use a flat-back labret post rather than a nose screw for safer, more comfortable initial healing.
Facial Geometry
We analyze your face's natural proportions to find the most flattering placement for your unique features.
Crease Mapping
We follow the natural nostril crease line to mark the point of ideal visual balance.
Comfortable Healer
Nostril heals faster than cartilage piercings, typically within 4–6 months with proper care.
Step by Step
A transparent, clinical process — no surprises.

Face Assessment
We discuss your lifestyle, jewelry preferences, and analyze your facial structure to determine the perfect placement height and angle.

Dot Placement
The entry point is marked on your nostril. You review it straight-on and in profile. We do not pierce until you are fully satisfied.

Nostril FAQ
Nose screw vs flat-back labret — what's better?
We exclusively use flat-back labrets for new nostril piercings. They sit more securely and cause less movement during healing.
Which nostril should I pierce?
Entirely personal preference. We can mark both sides and help you decide based on your facial anatomy symmetry.
Will makeup interfere?
Avoid applying makeup on or directly around the piercing while fresh. After healing, standard makeup use is fine.
