Eyebrow Architectural Facial Accent
The eyebrow piercing frames the brow bone with intentional, architectural detail. It is a surface piercing — meaning it passes through a pinch of surface skin along the brow ridge.

How We
Approach This
As a surface piercing, the eyebrow sits at higher risk of migration and rejection than piercings through pinched tissue or cartilage. Proper placement, appropriate jewelry, and diligent aftercare are critical to longevity. We use curved barbells at a very shallow angle to maximize tissue depth and reduce the likelihood of rejection. Most eyebrow piercings, when properly placed and cared for, last many years. We advise against placement over heavily mobilized facial areas.
Surface Piercing Expertise
Eyebrow piercings require surface piercing technique — angle, depth, and jewelry selection are all critical to longevity.
Anti-Rejection Placement
We pierce at the lateral brow edge with sufficient tissue depth to minimize the rejection risk common with surface piercings.
Migration Monitoring
We advise clients to photograph the jewelry position monthly and contact us if migration or rejection signs appear.
Step by Step
A transparent, clinical process — no surprises.

Brow Mapping
We mark the entry and exit points along the brow ridge in alignment with your natural brow shape. Outer-third placement is standard.

Pinch & Pierce
The brow skin is gently pinched to create tissue depth. A single-use needle passes through cleanly.

What We
Put In You
We exclusively use implant-grade materials. Below are the typical starter jewelry options for your Eyebrow piercing.
Healing Instructions
- Saline spray twice daily — gently around both ball ends
- Avoid contact with skincare, makeup, or toner near the piercing
- Do not apply sunscreen directly over a fresh eyebrow piercing
- Sleep on the opposite-side cheek to prevent pillow pressure
- Watch for migration signs: visible thinning tissue, jewelry moving outward
- Avoid heavy sweating over the brow area for 3 weeks
- Never remove jewelry if you suspect rejection — see us first
Eyebrow FAQ
Is eyebrow piercing permanent?
Surface piercings have a natural lifespan and can migrate or reject over time, depending on anatomy and care. Many last years without issue.
Will it scar if rejected?
Minor scarring is possible if a rejection is not caught early. Coming to us promptly for removal minimizes scarring risk.
Can I still shape my eyebrows?
Avoid waxing or threading near the piercing for the full healing period. Careful shaping away from the jewelry is fine.
